Isaac Kizza, on Wednesday 21st, September 2022, completed a permanent transfer to Mbarara City Football Club.
The versatile defender heads to the StarTimes FUFA Big League side after two (2) brilliant seasons previously.
He departs Lugazi FC with the best wishes from everyone, after helping the club gain promotion to the second tier football league in Uganda, the FUFA Big League.
