Captains of Lugazi FC senior team have been announced ahead of the 2025/26 season that gets underway on Friday.

Returning as the chief captain from last season is Richard Ayiko. He enters his second straight campaign serving as the first team captain after joining the club in January 2024.

Ayiko will be assisted by Paul Wasswa, and youngster Abdul Kalanzi in that order.

The Leaders kick-off the 2025/26 season against Calvary FC at the Lugazi FC Stadium – Najjembe this Friday.
