Lugazi FC fans will hold elections on Saturday 6th September 2025 to vote their new executive committee consisting of eleven (11) members that will serve them going forward.
Elective posts that the fans will seek to fill include – Chairmanship, Vice-chairmanship, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, General Fans’ Coordinator, Events & Welfare Officer, Publicity Officer, Disciplinary Officer, Transport Officer, and Women’s Representative.
At the end of the general fans’ elections, the ten elected members will then appoint a treasurer to complete their eleven-man committee.
Nomination forms for those interested in any elective post are available at the Lugazi FC Stadium, and online, at a non-refundable nomination fee of ten thousand shillings (UGX.10,000), beginning on Tuesday 12th August 2025.
Candidates interested in the posts of chairmanship, vice chairmanship and secretary MUST hold at least a Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE – S.4). They should not be under 25 years of age, and should be able to read and write, with ease. A certificate in football administration and management is an added advantage.
Other positions other than those mentioned with specific requirements are open to everyone regardless of their education levels.

Minimum age: 25 years
Minimum education: Uganda Certificate of Education (S.4)
Ability to read and write.
Certificate in Football Administration & Management (added advantage)
Other Positions: No specific qualifications.

Collection of Nomination Forms – 12th to 16th August 2025 (8:00am – 5:00pm).
Return of Nomination Forms – 17th to 18th August 2025 (Deadline, 5:00pm).
Announcement of successful candidates – 21st August 2025.
Voting – Saturday 6th September 2025, starting at 9am.
