We are delighted to announce the signing of Umar Kyebatala from Mbale Heroes FC.
The youthful forward has signed a two-year contract with the Leaders. He will join his new teammates immediately, and becomes our second arrival of the secondary transfer window.
For the past one year and a half, Kyebatala has been on the books of Mbale Heroes whom he joined in July 2024, following two seasons at Maroons FC.
He made his Uganda premier league debut while at Vipers SC back in 2019 after impressing for their feeder school – St. Mary’s Kitende in the Copa Coca-Cola and FEASSA games. He also featured for Kibuli SS in the schools’ competitions before joining the Kitende based side.
