Lugazi FC runs a capacity building program that aims at equipping our coaches, and all the staff with the modern trends of the game of football.
At the present moment, three of our coaches are currently attending the Specialized Youth Coaching, Conditioning and Goalkeeping Courses organised by the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) at the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru – with the club fully funding their training.

The coaches include: Frank Mulindwa (Lugazi FC Junior Team Coach), Jamiil Damba (Goalkeeping Coach), and former player – Titus Lubega who will join the technical team immediately after completing the six days course that began on Tuesday this week. It will climax on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

Ever since the program started, eight staff members have benefited.

The club believes that improving the capacity of our human resource, and equipping them with up-to-date skills and knowledge is key to establishing a unified culture, consistent player development, and building an inclusive environment where players thrive both athletically and personally.
